Background: This client is a precision instrument manufacturer specializing in scientific equipment, such as microscopes and optical devices.
Challenge: Our client is moving to a new facility and want to equip an entire floor with lab-grade heavy-duty workbenches. However, they are uncertain about the kind of products they actually need.
Solution: After in-depth analysis of their working situation and habits, we determined a type of workbench and also provided a complete floor-plan layout design. We delivered nearly 100 workbenches to fully equip the new facility.
The highlight of this solution includes:
- Complete floor-plan design
- Hanging drawer cabinets, pegboard, and adjustable shelves for tools and parts organiztion
- ESD worktop with clean white finish that fit the laboratory enviornment
Our heavy-duty worbench is made of 2.0mm thick high quality cold rolled steel. Its overall load capacity is at least 1000KG / 2200LB. Each drawer's load capacity is 80KG / 176LB. This allows our customer to place whatever they want on their workbench, while keeping the working flow clean and neat through proper storage function.
