Background: A global leader in the toy manufacturing industry, known for high-precision plastic molding and mass production, needed a reliable storage system to manage a large number of injection molds.
Challenge: The molds are extremely heavy and require high load-bearing drawers that can support frequent access without deformation. In addition, each drawer needed to be fitted with multiple dividers to keep different mold types clearly separated and organized.
Solution: We provided over 100 modular drawer cabinets to our customer in multiple batches, and more request is on the way. For these cabinets, each drawer has load capacity of 200KG / 440LB, which means you can put a grizzly bear on a drawer. Every drawers are equipped with full set of dividers, so that our customers can easily organize and access different types of mold.
