ROCKBEN is a professional wholesale tool storage and workshop furniture supplier.
The E100846-7 is a 7-drawer 30 inch modular drawer cabinet built as a standard industrial cabinet for workstation-side and production-area storage. With a 30"W x 27.8"D x 47.2"H, W762 x D705 x H1200mm body, it gives more usable drawer width than a compact cabinet while staying practical beside machines or tool rows. The 47.2" / 1200mm height creates a standing-height cabinet with more storage than low models but less height than a full tall unit. This makes it practical for maintenance areas, machine-side positions, and dedicated tool storage rows. The layout uses 4 100mm drawers and 3 200mm drawers, with more deep-drawer space than a standard small-parts cabinet. The extra 200mm drawers make it better for larger kits and power tools.
The 27.8" / 705mm depth gives the drawer more front-to-back volume without increasing the cabinet width. It also aligns well with ROCKBEN 750mm-depth workbench systems, so the cabinet can sit beside a bench line or within a storage row. For this depth, the single-drawer interlocking system is standard. The cabinet can be specified with 100kg, mixed 100kg/200kg, or full 200kg drawer load configurations. Central locking and safety catch are standard; single-drawer interlocking is standard. As a standing-height industrial tool cabinet, the E100846-7 keeps storage close to the work area while offering more capacity than a low base cabinet. The 30 inch width is large enough for drawer compartments and common tool sizes, yet flexible enough for multi-unit workshop layouts.
The key selection factor is the relationship between height, depth, and drawer configuration, not only the number of drawers.
• 30 inch / 762mm width balances capacity and footprint
• 47.2" / 1200mm height matched to standing-height drawer cabinet use
• 27.8" / 705mm depth for larger drawer volume
• 7-drawer layout: 4 100mm drawers and 3 200mm drawers
Choose from three drawer load configurations based on your storage needs:
Type A: All drawers are equipped with 100kg load capacity
Type B: Drawers of 100mm height and below and equipped with 100kg load
capacity, while drawers of 125mm height and above are equipped with 200kg load capacity.
Type C: All drawers are equipped with 200kg load capacity
Keep every drawer organized with ROCKBEN adjustable divider sets. The partition-and-divider system allows each drawer to be divided into multiple compartments, making it easier to separate tools, spare parts, fasteners, measuring instruments, and production accessories.
The E100846-7 uses its 47.2" standing-height body to increase storage capacity without becoming a full tall cabinet. This makes sense for maintenance areas, machining cells, and rows of 30 inch modular drawer cabinets. The image should show the cabinet as a standalone industrial drawer cabinet, with deeper 27.8" / 705mm drawers and the 7-drawer layout called out.
ROCKBEN has always focused on building high-quality heavy-duty storage cabinets for demanding industrial environments. From the cabinet frame to the drawer slides and supporting structure, every key component is designed for strength, stability, and long-term daily use in workshops, tool rooms, production lines, and maintenance areas.
- Cabinet body start from 1.0 mm
- 1.2 - 2.0 mm for supporting sturctures
- 3.0 mm for drawer rail
ROCKBEN modular drawer cabinets are built with reinforced steel structures to support demanding industrial storage. The cabinet body has been tested to withstand a heavy load of up to 5,034 kg.
ROCKBEN drawers are tested through 50,000+ loaded pull cycles to verify smooth operation, structural stability, and long-term performance under daily workshop use.
ROCKBEN modular drawer cabinets are available with 100 kg or 200 kg drawer load capacity. Each drawer load option is tested with calibrated weights to support tools, parts, fixtures, molds, and other industrial storage needs.
Workplace safety is a key part of ROCKBEN's cabinet design. Standard safety catch and central locking, together with the single-drawer interlocking system, help keep drawer storage more secure and controlled during daily operation.
One central lock secures all drawers at the same time, helping keep valuable workshop equipment safely stored when the cabinet is not in use.
One key for each cabinet.
The single-drawer interlocking system allows only one drawer to be opened at a time, helping reduce tipping risk when the cabinet is used for heavy parts storage.
Standard for 705mm-depth cabinets.
Available upon request for 600mm-depth cabinets.
Each drawer is equipped with a safety catch to help prevent accidental drawer opening during daily operation, movement, or vibration in workshop environments. This design gives users better control when accessing stored tools and helps improve the safety of industrial drawer storage.
