For modular models, we fold thick metal sheet through precision bending to create reinforced channels, then assemble them together with high-strength bolts. This method provides flexibility for installation and shipping, while keeping its exceptional rigidity. Most of our workbench exported have applied this structure.

  • Full-Welded Square Steel Frame

We also use 60x40x2.0mm square steel tube and weld them into a solid frame. This structure transforms multiple components into a single, unified structure. Eliminating the potential weak point, we ensure the frame to remain stable under heavy load. However, this structure takes more space in a container and thus is not suitable for sea freight.

3) Strengthened Feet and Bottom Beams

The entire load of a workbench is eventually transferred to the floor through its feet and lower support structure. At ROCKBEN, each bench is equipped with four adjustable feet, featuring with 16mm threated stem. Each foot can support up to 1 ton of load, ensuring the stability of workbench under large load. We also install reinforced bottom beam between the legs of our industrial workbench. It serves as horizontal stabilizer between supports, which prevent lateral sway and vibration.
